I want to remind everyone to check the availablilty and schedule of our techs- usually indicated at the top of each day on the scheduling calendar, and please refer to the following forum post:

Please remember to schedule null.01 on the scanner you will not be using when we have a single tech on duty, otherwise our techs become double booked, which means someone's scan is getting cancelled...
