In case you're wondering, there are about 50-60 FSL processes running on golgi right now. And only 16 processors.

At some point, running too many jobs in parallel creates competition for CPU and disk resources, so be aware that starting 30 processes at once may end up being much slower than running, say, 10 at a time in three sessions, especially if others are using the machine and the same file servers as you.

also, please learn how to turn off "feat-watcher" ... once your fsl process finishes this doesn't automatically close, leaving another 50-60 of them open.
