In our meeting 2 weeks ago, Raj presented a few web based atlases that appear to have meritts of their own. We are currently using the LONI procedures for tracing the caudate (head and caugate putamen complex), and are in the process of preparing a word document that will complement the LONI instructions. Please find below the list of the web-based atlases that Raj reviewed, along with links to them.

In addition, Raj has prepared a preliminary document that gives a brief introduction to using IRIS for ROI drawing and ROI volume generation. I have placed this document to \\broca\docs\manuals. Please feel free to add to this document as you gain expertise with IRIS. One current topic that we will probably discuss tomorrow is whether the IRIS generated ROI volumes can be resliced using Beau's scripts.
