| I have a question about the possible responses from the button box. We are using the computer on the right at the 4T. We get subjects to press either the first or the last button, so usually get responses of 1 or 8. I have one run of data, however, that includes the following responses: 1, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 16, 18. Jordan told me that if the subject holds down more than one button, the answer is a summation of their responses. This makes sense for some of these numbers, but not others (assuming that the buttons are 1, 2, 4, 8). Can anyone help explain pls? thanks, Melissa. |

This does seem odd. Did you do do a button box test before or after your run? If so, did you sometimes see multiple responses or responses without any button being pressed? What software were you running?
