The past two times I have been scanning at the 4T the video window for the eyetracker has displayed the following message rather than the appropriate video.

UNABLE TO CAPTURE VIDEO
PROBABLY NO CAMERA
Check camera cable & power,
then do menu: Video > Reset Video

Hopefully someone can come to a solution for me, because the menu tactic yields no change and I am not comfortable manipulating any cables associated with the goggles.

Thanks,

Garrett R.

the solution should be simple. there is an eye tracker power switch on the goggles power box. it is located above the "mode" button and needs to be in the down position for the eye tracker to work. if it is off, the eye tracker will display the message you posted. it is not a very sturdy switch, so it may get accidentally moved from time to time. make sure you ask whoever is in the 4T to check the switch if the problem arises again. hope this helps
