We continue to have a problem with the printer making multiple copies of documents for which only one document was requested. Nearly everybody who routinely uses Galton has experienced this problem. It seems to occur most often with PDF files. It has occasionally happenned with MS Word documents as well. I have heard that it also occurs at Hemholtz though I have not experienced it first hand. I was wondering how this problem could be addressed.
