Note: This also applies to other computers that you might want to connect to, such as Gall and Hall.
To further clarify, there are three relevant pieces of information you need to provide to login:
1) username - your BIAC username (generally your last name; not case-sensitive) 2) domain - this is WIN for Bristol and BIAC for all other BIAC computers (not case-sensitive) 3) password - your password (case-sensitive)
Depending on what operating system you are using, you may be prompted to enter a Domain name on a separate line. In this case you should enter WIN or BIAC for Domain, and your plain old username for User Name.

Also note that you need to specify the full name of Bristol if your computer is not in the BIAC domain: \\bristol.biac.duke.edu\BIAC (case-insensitive) Note: the full name will always work.
