Can I just ask those people who are using the computers in the Mock Scanner room to make sure they reset everything once they leave? I've had several problems now such as people changing the display resolution, and changing the input device to video. I don't know how to change the latter, and would be happy to learn, but it would be much easier and save me time and anguish if people could please return everything to normal when they finish testing someone.
thanks, Melissa

Hi,
I recently learned how to change the display. Below the main computer table (on top of the vcr) there is a "viewsonic" box. If you press the input button it will change the display on the mock scanner monitor and in the whisper room.

Again, can I ask those people who are using the computers in the Mock Scanner room to make sure they reset everything back once they leave? Melissa has posted this issue 3 month ago. I bring up this again because I noticed recently people frequently got into trouble with the changed settings, like somebody disconnected sound, turned off the display inside mock scaner, etc.

It would really be nice if people could return everything to normal when they finish testing something. Thanks.
