Hi-
We were wondering if anyone has had success with a support vector machine MATLAB implementation. I noticed that one of the programs needs a MATLAB toolbox. Also that some files were compiled in the past for usage. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Take care,

We are using the python interface to libsvm (http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cjlin/libsvm/) for analysis of MRI data (its currently installed on both Golgi and the cluster). The calls are pretty straightforward, putting your data in the right format is quite a bit more complicated. Let me know if you have any questions.
