Trying to run QA on my most recent subjects. Had been working fine (Predict.01), now I get:
Enter option (1..8): 3
Checking Func/* for exam matches
Checking Anat/* for exam matches

ERROR! Exams Not Found for Experiment Predict.01!!
Press return to continue...

I just tried this for another experiment to which I have access and got the same error.

have you tried to navigate to the folder on golgi? - if you can't cd to them, you may need to cifslogin/cifslogout to where-ever Predict.01 is.

Now, after starting, a different error:

Error writing to file /home/clithero/net/goldman/data/BIAC/Predict.01/Data/Func/20071127_33929/QA/qa_tempmeanvol_run006_01.img
Error running /usr/local/bin/fmriqa_mean
NOT OK

It then ends with no output in the QA folder.
Thanks.

At first this would look like permissions or quota errors, but it doesn't look like these are a factor in this case. Does the same error happen consistently when you run it again?

Yes, the same error occurs for repeated attempts of several different subjects.

The error message is misleading -- there is another error that doesn't seem to be propagating to the logs, I guess. The problem looks like there is no actual image data (.img files) in those data directories.
Something must have gone wrong during recon. Sounds like a job for Jimmy. I suggest opening a trouble ticket.

syam's right, looks like the 3t epi recon had been failing on the new processing machine. we've since resolved the issue and are now running back through the pipeline 3t epi data collected since 11/15.
