Posted - Feb 13 2008 : 1:18:59 PM Hi- We were wondering if anyone has had success with a support vector machine MATLAB implementation. I noticed that one of the programs needs a MATLAB toolbox. Also that some files were compiled in the past for usage. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Posted - Feb 14 2008 : 1:15:29 PM We are using the python interface to libsvm (http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cjlin/libsvm/) for analysis of MRI data (its currently installed on both Golgi and the cluster). The calls are pretty straightforward, putting your data in the right format is quite a bit more complicated. Let me know if you have any questions.
