I'm getting an error when I try to load my behavioral files into fsl that says:

can't read "fmri(overwrite_yn)": no such element in array
can't read "fmri(overwrite_yn)": no such element in array
while executing
"puts $channel "
##########################################################
# Now options that don't appear in the GUI

# Alternative example_func imag..."
(procedure "feat5:write" line 680)
invoked from within
"feat5:write $w 1 0 0 $fmri(feat_filename) "
(procedure "feat5:setup_model_preview" line 6)
invoked from within
"feat5:setup_model_preview .r"
invoked from within
".wdialog1.btns.b.view invoke"
("uplevel" body line 1)
invoked from within
"uplevel #0 [list $w invoke]"
(procedure "tk::ButtonUp" line 22)
invoked from within
"tk::ButtonUp .wdialog1.btns.b.view"
(command bound to event)

This error is showing up even for design files that had run successfully. Any clue what may be going on?

Thanks a lot Gabriel and Chris. Would very appreciate an anouncement once the Cluster is upgraded to FSL 4.0.2, Josh. Thanks.

as i understood, if you defined multiple groups, their variances weren't actually kept seperate (which is what should happen when you define more than 1). so re-running the 3rd level is a good idea.

I haven't tested this, but my understanding is that any 3rd-level analyses with 2+ groups analyzed with 4.0.1 would have to be rerun. I wasn't having trouble with empty EVs in 4.0.

It will probably be a good idea to update the cluster to 4.0.2, because 4.0.1 has an error with multiple groups FLAME analyses (thanks Chris for pointing that out from the FSL listserve).

Meehl has been re-patched to FSL version 4.0.2. The cluster is still running 4.0.1.
If anyone continues to see this error, let us know.

that was through the GUI on meehl

Which machine are you running this from? (Golgi, the cluster, meehl, etc....)

I had written --> Is that file available somewhere? I was having the same problems last night.

the file was emailed out through the FSL list on November 21st.

I believe this is part of the problems with the FSL 4.0.2 patch:
