Posted - Aug 10 2007 : 2:02:28 PM Hi all, I put a copy of MRIcron in the user_scripts directory here:
\\gall\programs\User_Scripts\MRIcroN
To use it, just double click on the mricron.exe icon. It takes *.nii and *.voi files.
Enjoy! Michele |

Posted - Jan 04 2008 : 10:29:38 AM MRIcron is better, but MRIcro has a few additional utilities that aren't implemented in MRIcron. I also don't think MRIcron handles data that is 64-bit whereas MRIcro doesn't have any issue with 64-bit data (but maybe this has been fixed since I last played with it).
Thanks!

Posted - Jan 03 2008 : 4:34:24 PM The website claims that MRIcron is better - nevertheless, MRIcro on \\gall\Programs\User_Scripts\MRIcro has been updated to the latest version (1.40 build 1).
Enjoy! |

Posted - Jan 03 2008 : 3:58:03 PM Could someone update MRIcro? The version currently available is about 6 years old and several improvements have been made.
