Hi all,
I put a copy of MRIcron in the user_scripts directory here:

\\gall\programs\User_Scripts\MRIcroN

To use it, just double click on the mricron.exe icon. It takes *.nii and *.voi files.

Enjoy!
Michele

Could someone update MRIcro? The version currently available is about 6 years old and several improvements have been made.

Thanks,

The website claims that MRIcron is better - nevertheless, MRIcro on \\gall\Programs\User_Scripts\MRIcro has been updated to the latest version (1.40 build 1).

Enjoy!

MRIcron is better, but MRIcro has a few additional utilities that aren't implemented in MRIcron. I also don't think MRIcron handles data that is 64-bit whereas MRIcro doesn't have any issue with 64-bit data (but maybe this has been fixed since I last played with it).

Thanks!
