Posted - Aug 01 2008 : 10:55:44 AM I usually connect to my biac email through MS Outlook, with my BIAC inbox mapped via IMAP.
This morning, I am consistently getting an "A connection to the server could not be established. Email.biac.duke.edu is now in offline mode."
Any suggestions?

Posted - Sep 08 2008 : 10:44:31 AM I'm sure someone is working on this already, but I still have no BIAC email connectivity from outside of BIAC. Thanks. |

Posted - Sep 05 2008 : 8:25:50 PM Yeah, connecting to email from outside BIAC seems to be down again. Related to the phone problem the hospital was having late this afternoon? |

Posted - Aug 01 2008 : 1:36:42 PM If you need more testimonials, reading BIAC email from home was fine until about 1:30am, when the connection went down. From here inside BIAC, I am seeing no problems today.
