I usually connect to my biac email through MS Outlook, with my BIAC inbox mapped via IMAP.
This morning, I am consistently getting an "A connection to the server could not be established. Email.biac.duke.edu is now in offline mode."
Any suggestions?

I'm sure someone is working on this already, but I still have no BIAC email connectivity from outside of BIAC. Thanks. |

Yeah, connecting to email from outside BIAC seems to be down again.
Related to the phone problem the hospital was having late this afternoon? |

I keep getting an error that might be related: "A timeout occurred while communicating email.biac.duke.edu. The connection has been closed."

I have been having similar problems. My email works fine from BIAC computers.

If you need more testimonials, reading BIAC email from home was fine until about 1:30am, when the connection went down. From here inside BIAC, I am seeing no problems today.
