Posted - Jan 22 2010 : 09:27:48 AM I’m coding a Matlab/PTB3 task that I hope to eventually get into the scanner. I wanted to use the tdfread function, but I noticed it was part of the stats toolbox, not Matlab proper. Is stats toolbox installed?
If there’s a better way to get questions like this answered, please let me know.
Thanks! |

Posted - Jan 22 2010 : 11:49:32 AM have you seen this: http://fourier.biac.duke.edu/wiki/doku.php/biac:remotessh
of course thats only valid if you have remote desktop access to a specific machine here in the biac net. |

Posted - Jan 22 2010 : 11:34:46 AM Thanks. I wasn’t sure when I’d get to a BIAC machine next, and I couldn’t SSH into nernst to try it from the command line. When our computer guy gets back next week, I’ll double-check how to SSH/RDC into BIAC computers so I can try this stuff myself. |

Posted - Jan 22 2010 : 11:29:55 AM Yes its installed. Just open matlab on a BIAC machine and type in the function name .. if it pops up, then you are good to go.
And this is a good way to ask questions. |
