I’m coding a Matlab/PTB3 task that I hope to eventually get into the scanner. I wanted to use the tdfread function, but I noticed it was part of the stats toolbox, not Matlab proper. Is stats toolbox installed?

If there’s a better way to get questions like this answered, please let me know.

Thanks!

Yes its installed. Just open matlab on a BIAC machine and type in the function name .. if it pops up, then you are good to go.

And this is a good way to ask questions.

Thanks. I wasn’t sure when I’d get to a BIAC machine next, and I couldn’t SSH into nernst to try it from the command line. When our computer guy gets back next week, I’ll double-check how to SSH/RDC into BIAC computers so I can try this stuff myself.
