Hi,

I am trying to log on to the Tracking computer at the mock scanner, but receive the following error message:

Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, or that your network is functioning correctly. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.

I have not had any problems logging into the Stimuli computer also at the mock scanner. Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks,
Pooja

Hello,

I'm unable to log on to the tracking computer at the mock scanner. The ethernet cable was not plugged into the wall, so I've tried plugging it in to each of the available ports, but I am getting the following error:
The system cannot log you on now because the domain BIAC is not available.

Thanks.
Pooja

Hi!

I had the same problem last Thursday. I sent an email to Francis before my subject came and he fixed it. Tell him that you had the same problem with Mesmer (I think, that computer is named Mesmer).

I hope that it will be fixed for you as well.

Hi again,

I didn't have a chance to try that out the other day, but I am encountering the same error now. The cables appear to be connected, and I've tried restarting the computer, but the problem is still persisting. Any other suggestions?

Thanks so much,
Pooja

Hi Pooja,

I had a similiar message once when there were network issues. I would make sure the network cable is plugged into the back of the computer, and try restarting it if that doesn't help.
