Hi all,
I was at the 3T and tried to use the video switcher and foolishly switched something wrong so the computer I was working on, the left computer, went black. I then pressed ctrl+~ and a menu came up, at which point I told it I wanted to exit. The computer crashed and the screen went completely black, ctrl+~ didn't work...We tried turning the computer off and back on, but that didn't fix the problem. The keyboard was also being weird, as the lights didn't respond to either shut down or capslock or anything. Any help?
Also, the video switcher software on the right computer wouldn't bring up the little matrix with the computer icons to unswitch like I've done in the past.
Thanks,
Lily

If resetting the video switch is something that users can do, Can you post instructions here on how to do this in the event that this happens again?

Lily

The video switch had to be reset. That fixed the problem.
