I am using FSL and would like to extract average peristimulus timeseries data from the FSL output. There does not seem to be an easy way to do this within FSL. I did find the following freely available software: "PEATE - Perl Event-related Average Timecourse Extraction." Has anyone used this? Is there anyway that this can be installed for use on Golgi?
