I got the following warning message recently when I used bputil:

Didn't find executable 3dFWHMx!
Warning: cannot find program 3dFWHMx, so will not generate smoothness data

But it generated smoothed data regardless the warning. Does the warning affect the actual results of smoothness? The smoothed data seems rough ok with me though. Thanks.

I've gotten that too, and was wondering the same thing.

Syam informed me a while back that this warning is from the QA and can be ignored. Apparently, those two functions are only for phantom data. Syam, please correct me if I'm wrong.
