Dear BIAC Users,
We have recently created a protocol designed for investigators to use when scheduling time for testing equipment or research protocols (UserTest.01). Scheduling permissions will allow investigators to schedule 30 minute or 1 hour slots, up to 1 day in advance. Please use the notes field on the scheduling calendar to document what you are testing. This will help us document testing patterns and investigate problems if they arise. If you will require the assistance of the MR tech, please make arrangements with them to ensure that they will be available during your scheduled time. Again, these sessions are intended to allow users to test out equipment and paradigm files, but cannot be used to collect MRI data. Finally, in the event that the scanner is needed for a research session, or equipment maintenance that cannot be performed at an alternative time, these will have priority.
