When you specify directories like "cope1.feat" as the inputs, you need to choose "Inputs are lower-level FEAT directories". If you specify the actual images like "cope1.img", then you choose "Inputs are 3D cope images from FEAT directories". It's confusing.
If you change to "inputs are lower-level FEAT directories", it should work.
