Dear BIAC Users,
Because all of the experimental materials used at the scanners are stored locally on the hard drives of the stimuli computers at the scanners, there is a finite amount of storage space. Please be sure to remove your experimental files once you are finished collecting data from a protocol. Once an experimental protocol has expired, the experimental files and stimuli may be deleted from the experimental computers at the scanners in order to provide space for new protocols. **Please note that this refers only to the computers that are at the scanners, not the servers (e.g., goldman, katz, nernst).**
As the disk drives on the stimuli computers at the 3T, 4T, and mock scanner room are filling up, we will need to remove files from some of the expired experiments. We will begin deleting experimental files on 10/19/06 from those protocols which have been expired for at least 3 months. These include the following experimental protocols: Donders CLASS.01 EXECFUNC.04
Mach CONTE.03 EXECFUNC.04 PDFMRI.01 GSK.02 SAMEDIFF.01 EMOFACE.03 ADHD.02 LIEB.01 FDWI.01 Darwin SACCADE.01 EXECFUNC.05 BIOMOT.12 JOFMONY.01 NUMEROSITY.01 CONTE.03 INTERFERE.02 PHOTOTEMP.01 EXECFUNC.04 ALZDRUG.02 AGING.04 CPRAM.01 FACEMASK.02 FFG.03 FFG.04 HEMIY.01 BIOMOT.11 MISMATCH.03 PAIREDPULS.07 AUTISM.01 VISMMN.01 CASEO.01 CASEY.01 VDVT.01 FACEMASK.01 MASK.05 LIEB.01 FDWI.01 EXECINFO.03 CONTE.04 ADVTN.01 NICFREE.01 SMOKECUE.01 ADVT.01

Piaget NUMEROSITY.51 HEMIO.51 HEMIY.51 FFG.54 ADHD.52 GSK.51 SEQUENCE.05 BIRN.52 MASK.03 BIOMOT.03
Please keep in mind if you have a current protocol which relies on files stored in an expired protocol's folder, you should move these files to the current protocol's folder. If you have an expired protocol and wish to backup your experimental files, simply stop by the scanner during any unscheduled time. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. |
