Hi all,
Over the last 6 months we have developed a new system for reporting and keeping track of data issues. If you are missing data, runs, or notice a distortion in the data reconstruction, please submit notification through our Trouble Ticket System.

1) Select 'Trouble Ticket Submission Form'
2) Fill in Experiment Name, Request Type, Exam Number, Exam Date, and Email
3) In the Additional Notes, please include the relevant run numbers or other details that may help us in addressing your concern. The more information we have about the issue, the better we will be able to resolve it.
