I am having problems getting ROIanalysis_count_iris to work on my *_avg, 4-D data produced from bxh_eventstats. I'm getting the following error:

??? Error using ==> roianalysis_count_iris
Attempt to grow array along ambiguous dimension.

I have reduced down my input data to one run and Syam has run it with an empty data set and is still getting the same problem. When I run the scripts with my *_tmap files, it works fine. The example m-file says that it can handle both 3 and 4-D data. Does anyone else run ROIanalysis_count_iris with their 4-D data?

for roianalysis_count you input should be the "*_tmap.bxh" data and not the timeseries ... its used to measure the voxel counts in the tmaps, not the raw time-series

the t-dimension is the ambigious dimension, since its set up for only x,y,z
