Dear BIAC users,
In response to the increased demand for time on the 3T, we would like to change our scanner coverage effective 7/24/06.
Two-Tech Coverage
Monday -Thursday 9am - 5pm
One-Tech Coverage
Monday - Thursday 5pm - 9pm
Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 9am - 1pm
When there are two MR techs working you can schedule as you normally would. When there is only one MR tech working (i.e., Fridays, Saturdays, and after 5pm)- you can scan on the 4T or the 3T, just schedule time with your experimental protocol on the scanner you wish to use and make a corresponding entry on the other scanner using the protocol Null.01. This will prevent double booking when only one MR tech is available.
Venkat will provide coverage M-R 9am - Noon
Natalie will provide coverage M-R Noon - 9pm
Susan will provide coverage M-F 9am - 5pm
