Just writing to let you all know about a problem that I encountered running with Presentation on the 3T last week. In my paradigm, I briefly display images on the screen, each with a duration of 133ms. In analyzing the log files, I noticed that for brief periods, the timing would get really poor-- and that these periods increased in terms of their proportion of the run as time went on.

These two images are histograms of the stimuli duration-- the first from two weeks ago, and the second from last week:

I found that the problem could be avoided by rebooting every time before you run.
