Hi,

I'm over in Soc/Psych right now and I can't get my email or access anything on the BIAC network. I've tried the VPN and secure FTP. SFTP keeps just asking me for my password over and over, and after logging in with the VPN and clicking on a drive I get "[network drive name] is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator.... This user account has expired."

I have a subject in 8 minutes. It would be awesome if this worked before then, although I can get around it if I have to.

Thanks!
Liz

This was an account expiration issue and has been resolved.

For some reason I cannot connect to the following servers:
Goldman
Hall\Data5
Nernst\Data2
Huxley

These are all servers I could access before, and I've tried disconnecting and remapping the drives, but get this error message:

The mapped network drive could not be created because the follwoing error has occurred:
The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to.

Thanks for help :)

This means your account is locked out due to supplying the wrong password.
