Recently, a BIAC user was unable to display the DVD output in the mock scanner. It appears that another user had swapped or disconnected a few of the connecting cables. The equipment and connections have since been repaired.
If you are having difficulty with any of our equipment or would like it to work in a new way, please do not change the connections yourself. Let us know; We are more than happy to assist you in using BIAC facilities. |
