Hey, my functional data from the 4T is being sent over in a new folder called Pfiles and isn't showing up fully processed in the Functionals folder - the anatomicals are fine...
this happens when something goes wrong with the recon. these are just the raw files off of the scanner. they can be sent back through the recon daemon so there is nothing to worry about.
