We are missing our functional data for subject 31225 from the 3T yesterday. The scan was from 1-2pm.

Hey all,

I'm still working on ironing out kinks in the pipeline for the new recon so the data collected from yesterday on the 3.0T has not yet been run through. It should be done in the next couple of hours and I'll post before I start running data through.

Thanks for your patience.

Jimmy

Hey Jimmy, we still don't have any data from our scans on the 3T, any news on when they might be pushed through?

Thanks,

Erin

Hey all,

Updates for the new recon are now complete. Functional data is trickling over from the 3.0T now. There is about three days worth of functional data coming through multiple processing machines so I won't be able to give accurate estimates as to how long it'll take, but you should start seeing your data towards the end of the day. If your data for Monday and Tuesday has not arrived by tomorrow morning, please email me an Exam # and Experiment ID so I can check where its at.

Thanks for your patience.

Cheers,
Jimmy

Update. I didn't get a chance to run all the data from 12/06 back through as they were purged to tape to make room for incoming files. I'll work with Francis today on getting those files restored and run back through.

All functional data from 12/05 and 12/07 should now be over. Please take a look and email me if you are missing anything from those days.

Jimmy

i am missing anats and funcs for 20051207_31242

but i realize its probably because of the bottleneck effect.

I did think that the pfiles would've been transfered though.

Hey all,

We're having trouble accessing Nernst/Data1 and Nernst/Data2 from the processing machines. Right now, I have only one machine that has Nernst properly mounted so I'm trying to route all data for Nernst experiments through that machine. Please be patient as I try and figure out what happened to the rest of them. I'll post here as soon as updates are available.
