Dear all,
We have been experiencing several data issues at the 4T, one of which relates to data not reaching its intended destination. I would like to emphasize that this problem was in no way caused by the MR techs. Due to a variety of software issues, some of the missing data is unrecoverable and some of the missing data simply needs to be transferred. Unfortunately, determining which of these scenarios applies to your sessions must be done on a session by session basis. If you are experiencing missing data, please contact Jimmy with the session and run information. He is already in the process of investigating these occurrences and will be able to respond to questions regarding specific sessions. We are currently in the process of implementing software updates which should rapidly alert us to data problems and thus lessen the likelihood of data being deleted. These changes should be in place before the next experimental session on Monday. I apologize for the great inconvenience this has caused. We are striving to prevent this from happening in the future. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

Sincerely,
Michele
