Folks,
Note: Hall has been retired since this post, so you should use Hill.
The printer queues on Broca will be removed in two weeks. If you have not already, please be sure to change over to the printer queues on Hall Hill.
How to check your printers
- Go to the Start Menu > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes.
- Under Name, you should see Young on Hill, Verrey on Hill, etc.
- If it says Young on Broca, etc., delete any such printers (right-click and select Delete).
How to add new printers from Hill
- Go to the File menu and select Add Printer.
- Click Next button.
- Select A network printer... and click Next button.
- Select Browse for a printer and click Next button.
- Scroll down and double-click Hill.
- Under Hill, click on a printer.
- Click Next button.
- If you want this printer to be your default, select Yes, otherwise select No.
- Click Next button.
- Review the information and if it is correct, click Finish button, otherwise click Back button, and correct your choices.
