Just a reminder, and maybe a request. We have encountered several conflicts where someone has booked the mock scanner suite after we have already booked the whisper room. Can people PLEASE remember to check both schedules when booking either.

Is there some way of combining these schedules to alleviate this problem? As the whisper room is only sound proof one way (ie people outside cannot hear people inside but not vice-versa) it is impossible to use the whisper room while there is someone using the mock scanner. I guess using null.01 on the other schedule is a temporary solution but I'm wondering why there are still separate schedules seeing as how both cannot be used simultaneously.
