BIAC QA results that are automatically generated or those manually run (using bputil or fmriqa_biac) are going into the following directory as of today:
There is quite a bit of backlog for the automatic QA but all scans as of 9/27/04 should have results in the above directory. Because of the backlog, please wait until the end of the day tomorrow before contacting me about any missing QA.
The QA doesn't seem to be happening automatically for OddEmotion.03 and OddEmotion.04 scans. There have been three sessions in the past week without it (20041102_43923, 20041104_43936, 20041105_43945).
