Hi All,

we are currently muddling through creating ROIs in Snap so we can calculate hippocampal volumes from structural scans. The problem is, our brains look nothing like the Duvernoy brain (of course..) and also they are quite pixalated. I'm really uncertain about what is hippocampus and what is not. Does anyone have experience in this who wouldn't mind sitting with me for half an hour just to help me establish criteria?

thanks,
Melissa
