Apparently there was a problem with sound presentation on the 4T over the weekend. Jordan and I looked at (listened to) the system this morning. The sound was apparently getting to the audio amplifier box that goes to the earphones (the big white box with the audio/video switch, under the radio) but that box was too hot to touch. We turned it off for a few minutes and when we turned it back on the sound seemed to work fine.

This amplifier box should probably be turned off when not in use and overnight. There is a power switch on the back of the box. Jordan will go over this with the other Techs.

Jim
