SPM Users,
I downloaded all of the new SPM99 updates from ftp://ftp.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/spm99_updates/ today and merged them into our local installation in \\Gall\Programs\MATLAB\spm99
The details of the updates from the README.txt on the SPM ftp server are shown below.
Enjoy, Chuck
________________________________________________________________________ spm_realign.m, spm_reslice.m & spm_sn3d.m - outside SCCS (08/11/02) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ A second argument was added to the "linfun = inline()" statements. This previously caused crashes within Matlab R13. The fix was reported by Ken Roberts. ________________________________________________________________________ spm_get_ons.m 2.30 01/03/22 - changes made outside SCCS ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Includes Matthew Brett's changes. Someone in the FIL edited to deal with problems with parametric modulation. Matthew used this edited version, and reedited it after some problems with parametric modulation and events with specified durations were found. Also includes the bug fix suggested by Darren G (updated 13th Jan 2003). ________________________________________________________________________ spm.m - change made outside SCCS on 03/02/05 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Disabled the nag box. ________________________________________________________________________ spm_vol_minc.m 2.16 03/04/11 spm_read_netcdf.m 2.1 02/07/30 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Andrew Poliakov suggested this fix for reading MINC files. ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ spm_DesMtx.m 2.11 03/06/02 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Fixed Matlab 6.5 problem, where additional covariates might cause " > Dimensions must match" error ________________________________________________________________________
