Has anyone started using the new eddy correction in FSL5 (significant changes from eddy_correct)? The command needs the acquisition parameters, but i'm not entirely sure i've interpreted the bxh correctly.

Could i double-check with someone on what our acqparams.txt file should look like?
(for the somewhat-biac-standard 25-direction protocol)
