I haven't been able to submit more than 5 jobs to the cluster all day and am wondering if that's just due to high traffic (not sure what the max load is - looks like one user has >2500 jobs?) or if i need to try and figure out if something's wrong on our end.
each user has a quota that is 900GB or ram, or 200 Slots ... whichever comes first.
So, even if someone has 2500 jobs in the queue, it should have no effect on you as they can only have 200 running at a time. Your submitted jobs would be taken whenever resources are available.
