I am doing ROI analysis on the scecond level data using Featquery. It gave me an error saying "mask size doesn't match any of the images in the FEAT directory". The ROIs were from Harvard-Oxford atlas and they are in MNI space which have the same size with the pe and cope images in level 2 stats directory. Would appreciate if anyone has some insights about the actual error.
