Unplanned Network Outage
In addition to the network slowness we have been experiencing the past couple days, we now have an outage that is preventing traffic between computers in Hock and those in the DMZ (such as our email and web servers and hugin) as well as anything outside the DUHS firewall.
Impact
- You will not be able to remote desktop to your computer in Hock.
- You will not be able to get to the Internet from your computer in Hock.
- You will not be able to get to the BIAC web site from your computer in Hock.
- You will not be able to get to the BIAC email server from your computer in Hock.
- You will not be able to get to the BIAC cluster (hugin) from your computer in Hock.
Note: Computers in Duke North should be unaffected by this outage.
