I'm having a problem using the --timeselect option of fmriqa_generate. When I enter:

fmriqa_generate --timeselect 6: reoriented_run01.bxh Qa_test

I receive the error:
Time select string '6:' is malformed (must contain a list of positive integers N or ranges of positive integers M:N, separated by commas)!

Folks in lab say the way I am doing it is the way they are used to doing it, and I copied it from old (functional) scripts. Has something changed in the way you have to set up timeselect for it to work properly?

Thanks,

Chris

This is a bug in parsing the timeselect option, and was introduced in a recent release. We should have a fix installed tomorrow, hopefully. Thanks for reporting this.

This has been made the default version on the cluster.

If you have a new login, then you'll be using syam's update .. otherwise you can "source /etc/profile.d/BIAC_vars.sh" to update your current session.
