updated all nodes to the newest version of freesurfer .. let me know if there are any issues.

if you want to continue using the last version just use these commands in your scripts (it will pull the older versions functions instead):


export FREESURFER_HOME=/usr/local/freesurfer-Linux-centos4_x86_64-stable-pub-v4.4.0-full
. $FREESURFER_HOME/SetUpFreeSurfer.sh

To set your freesurfer version:

export FREESURFER_HOME=/usr/local/packages/freesurfer_v5.1.0
. $FREESURFER_HOME/SetUpFreeSurfer.sh


possible versions are: v5.1.0, v5.0.0, v4.5.0
