I'm having trouble printing from my computer Sherrington, but not from the computers in the lab. When I select print from a web page or from adobe reader I get the following message:
Error:

"Before you print, you must select a printer. If you need to install a printer... you can select from the Find Printer tab"

I have multiple printers mapped such as helmholtz and muller. But when I click on these from the Print box I get not option. When I go to add a Printer from Hall in the 'Printers and Other Hardware' Windows option, I get the message "Windows Cannot Connect to the printer..."

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
