Dear Colleagues,
As Allen emailed last week, we had to move the mock scanner due to the new 3T construction. Because of new developments, we have had to move the mock scanner again. The original two options (the old mock scanner room and the 4T hallway) are now unavailable due to construction plans. We were faced with the options of closing the mock scanner facilities for an indeterminate period of time or relocating the mock scanner to its current location.

You can now find the mock scanner in the BIAC North computer lab. To reach the BIAC North computer lab, enter the main MRI hallway, take the first main hallway to the left. Enter the double doors and turn right. The BIAC North computer lab is at the end of the hallway. You will need card access to enter this room, but if you already have access to the Main MRI hallway, this should already be established. The same computers are set up, as are the head-tracker, DVD player, and speakers. The only facility that is unavailable is the small whisper room. Again, if you need space for behavioral testing, please use the TEST1 suite, located across the hall from the 3T. Also, please continue to schedule this facility using the MOCK1 scheduling calendar.

For those who need the BIAC north computer lab for meetings or data analysis, we encourage you to sign up for time as it is needed. We realize that this is not ideal, and apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate how understanding and flexible everyone has been - thank you for your patience!!

Michele
