Unscheduled Downtime
The entire network on Hock Plaza 5th floor was down due to a UPS failure. DHTS is replacing the UPS.

Impact
  • You may not have been able to logon to any Windows computer.
  • Print queues were unavailable.
  • Computers on Hock 5th floor could not connect to the network.
  • BIAC wiki was unavailable.
  • Cluster jobs may have failed.
