Unscheduled Downtime
BIAC server Email was unavailable today, 11/3/08, from about 1:30 AM to 10:30 AM due to networking problems. DHTS fixed the issue and email should be working again.

Note, emails that were sent to you during the outage should have been queued at the Duke email gateway, which will retry delivery for up to 72 hours, so no incoming email should be lost (in theory). It may not arrive until tomorrow, however.

Impact
  • You were not be able to send, receive or read email.
