Hi, Im getting "close failed [Errno 32] Broken pipe" written to log files from jobs on the cluster. A couple examples are below. Anyone have any guesses?

example 1>>>
[local] -5 3 50.5952 (best c=32768.0, g=3.0517close failed: [Errno 32] Broken pipe578125e-05, rate=54.7619)

example 2>>>
Best c=32768.0, g=3.0517578125e-05 CV rate=55.9524
Traclose failed: [Errno 32] Broken pipeining...
Plotting ROC...
